WEEK 1 - IDENTIFYING LEAKS & PLANNING

We identified the leaks in the ad account which were causing ROAS to dip. Issues like lack of audience testing, incorrect messaging and poor creatives in ad campaigns we sorted out on priority.With the new messaging which focused on benefits of the product (which were also updated on the website) we quickly achieved our first milestone of 1.5X+ ROAS on cold traffic
