Context
Be Clinical, a skincare brand, was running gender-specific campaigns that were attracting significant male engagement – wasting spend on an off-target audience. Low AOV from single-product purchases was capping revenue potential, ads lacked strong creative hooks, and the brand was heavily reliant on manual calling teams and draft orders instead of self-checkout flows.
Objectives
