Context

Guduchi Ayurveda was stuck at ₹10L monthly revenue with no clear path to growth. An RTO rate of approximately 50% was draining net sales and profitability. Marketing spend was diluted across too many products with no identified Hero SKU to anchor scaling efforts.

Objectives

  • Break through the ₹10L revenue ceiling
  • Reduce RTO exposure and recover profitability
  • Identify a Hero SKU and focus spend to scale it
  • Expand to multiple channels and improve AOV

  • Streamlined account architecture for clean campaign structure
  • Applied a data-driven creative approach to identify winning angles
  • Identified and scaled a Hero Product with AOV optimisation
